Fayetteville, Arkansas — Friday, May 15th, 2020 — Written by 18-year-old Starbucks barista, Kayleigh Calaway, this is an adorable love song, with a smooth feel and jazzy undertones. Love is a mystery, filled with happiness, laughter, and most times ending in devastating heartbreak. This song conveys the idea of not putting so much faith in who your “forever” will be, but more on the happiness you feel when you find it.

Kayleigh Calaway: “I’ve faced several devastating breakups, one that began due to the pandemic. I found myself wanting to jump into finding someone new and more, but instead decided on focusing not on who it will be, but rather waiting for the love to be found when that forever relationship begins.”

A high school class member of 2020, Kayleigh feels empowered and inspired to stay strong through her music.

After 14 years of acting and singing, and 10 years of guitar playing and songwriting, Calaway felt it was finally time to put her music in the public view. She says, “I’ve grown up in the arts and music has helped me mature into the woman I am today, and I would love to be able to share my thoughts and feels with others.”
