Centerlink is Metal to the CoreBoston is not just about Celtics, Red Sox and not pronouncing your Rs. It is also about the metal scene, well that is the case when you take into consideration Centerlink. That is correct, when you think of Boston, Centerlink want to make sure you think of the metal music that is coming out of there thanks to them. They have created a sound that is well-known to those who frequent festivals like Ozzfest and are aware whenever Metallica rolls into town. Riffs, on top of riffs, on top of riffs are what is in store when you listen to songs like Private Lies and The Fallen. You can hear a little Rob Zombie-like sound when taking in See a Change, that horror movie soundtrack feeling continues with Vindictive. The music is spot on metal, but the vocals are not as thrashing as an outsider of the genre would assume. Songs like Hopes and Dreams and Bitter Pill prove that Centerlink do not skip on greatness when constructing a song. With vocals that take you for a spin and instrumentals that sound like the confines of a monster truck rally, it is hard to say this is something that everyone could enjoy. Centerlink is not for those who would spend a day at the park listening to Josh Groban. Centerlink is for those who like it loud, fast and in your face. If this sounds like you, then by all means, check out Centerlink now and know they represent Boston through and through. (https://www.reverbnation.com/Centerlink)
