ElipTic is said to have formed from the lava of Hawaiian volcanoes. This sounds both terrifying and hot all at the same time. Their music sounds like the dark metal scene with some eccentricities tossed about. Songs like “Chaos” say things like “Make my ears bleed” and reminds me of the metal heads I came across in middle school. Although the title gives the impression there’ll be shreds for days, it wasn’t as chaotic as I expected. Then you get into the scary side of things with “Dirty Tool” as it’s almost demonic in a way with the bone chilling laughter found within.
