New Music Available Now

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Truro, Cornwall – February 27, 2020 – With Martin Richardson at the helm, Return Project has created several songs inspired by the wonderful gifts to music that are Spanish folk and flamenco.

Dedicated to the founding father of modern Spanish classical music, Felipe Pedrell, Return Trip takes inspiration from styles that came long before today; Spanish folk and flamenco. While inspired by, Return Project puts a modern touch on every track with a variety of styles interlaced throughout several tracks including “Lamma Bada Yatathanna,” “La Tarara,” and “What Sweeter Music.”

Return Trip came to be in 2019 when Martin Richardson sought out a way to record and distribute his compositions and arrangements, all influenced by Spanish music. The name Return Trip, “Ida y Vuelta” in Spanish, refers to musical styles that have their roots in Spain, evolved in Central and South America, and then “returned home” to Spain in modified form.

Wanting to give back, all profits from Return Trip are donated to charities supporting the alleviation of poverty in Central and Southern America.
